The festival has featured approximately 500 artists, who have showcased their talent and diversity in the art of percussion, covering traditional rhythms to contemporary innovations. Each performance has contributed to enriching the audience's experience and fostering a greater appreciation for this type of music.

The Festival has promoted not only the appreciation of percussion, but also the exchange of cultures.

This event has established itself as a benchmark in the Puerto Rican music scene, attracting both local and international audiences and ensuring that percussion remains a vital element in the cultural identity of the region. As the FIP moves into its next chapter, it is expected to continue expanding its reach and relevance in the Puerto Rican music scene, seeking new ways to inspire and connect future generations through the Art of Percussion…

With each edition, the FIP not only celebrates the past, but also looks to the future.
