COMMUNICATION FROM THE RECTOR TO THE COMMUNITY OF THE PUERTO RICO CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC

The administration of the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music announces the end of academic break and return to school on September 13, 2021. During the week of September 7 to 10, we have worked to correct malfunctioning situations in the air conditioners of both buildings. Fortunately, and as a result of a great effort by our Operations and Physical Plant staff, as well as the hard work of our Deans' Offices, we will be able to continue offering our classes and other services as usual, in person.

All non-teaching staff will also be working on campus and all offices will be open. This also includes the Preparatory School, its administrative staff and its faculty. The 100 x 35 and Despertar Musical programs will continue their work.

We are glad that we can continue to enjoy the excellent musical education that distinguishes us and the daily atmosphere of camaraderie at the Conservatory. We emphasize our request that you continue taking measures that guarantee the health of our entire community.
