Audio room

The Library's Audio Room is equipped with six individual stations with audio and video equipment to access the audiovisual resources available in the collection. It also has five cubicles for individual study. The use of the equipment is allowed for a period of two hours.

Group Study Room

The Group Study Room is designed to meet the needs of students who need to meet in groups to prepare oral reports, study for exams, or watch group movies for a class. You can reserve up to a maximum of two hours. The living room seats six people and is equipped with an LCD TV, a PC, a DVD/Blu-ray player and two speakers. The use of the room is intended exclusively for university students and Conservatory faculty. It is recommended to reserve in advance.

Information Skills Room

The Skills and Access to Information Room is for offering workshops for the Development of Information Competencies, it has fourteen computer stations with access to the Internet and the library's online resources such as databases, electronic journals and digitized collections. The computers also have Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. The room is available for the exclusive use of students enrolled in the Conservatory's Baccalaureate and Master's programs who need to complete their work, search the Internet, and access bibliographic resources for research.

Technology Hall

Located in room 214 of the historic building, the technology room was created with the goal of offering theory courses and other music technology courses. It is a space for technological advancement supported by the Audiovisual Media Coordinator.

Facilities

It is made up of 15 student stations and one instructor station. Each station has an iMac computer with 25 midi piano controllers with music programs to support the courses offered.

The room contains a smart board, multimedia projector and speakers.

Exhibition room

The Exhibition Room of the Amaury Veray Library is located in the Ángel Ramos Foundation Learning Resources Center, Amaury Veray Library. In this space, different exhibitions are exhibited throughout the year, such as: works by CMPR students and faculty, and exhibitions from other institutions. See Exhibition Room page.

Computers and photocopies

Computers: The Library has six computers for public use that allow access to different computer resources. All of them have access to the Internet and are linked to the Conservatory's network, through which they have access to the online catalog, the Library's website, the Virtual Library and databases, as well as other available resources. such as the faculty's audio reserve and institutional recordings of different activities.

Photocopiers: The Library provides two photocopiers/printers. These services are available using the Information Skills Room computers and public use computers. The cost for printing or photocopying is ten cents ($0.10) per page.

Wireless internet access (WiFi)

CRAFAR has wireless Internet service only for active students and faculty members. The coverage area is within the Library and adjacent areas.
