The Ángel Ramos Foundation Learning Resource Center (CRAFAR) has been designed to offer all the necessary services to support the teaching-learning process of a specialized university musical institution such as the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music. This comprehensive institutional unit integrates the resources and services that, along with other interrelated areas, support the educational work carried out by the Conservatory in all its academic programs.
The CRAFAR consists of four different, but interconnected units: the Amaury Veray Library, the Audiovisual Services area, the Technology Room and the Institutional and Historical Archive of the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music.
The mission of the Learning Resource Center is to provide services, information, media and musical resources that facilitate the teaching, learning, research and enjoyment of the musical arts of our academic community and the general public, in addition to promoting integrating the use of technology in the classroom.
The vision of the Learning Resource Center is to be a dynamic and innovative center with the information, musical bibliographic resources and technology necessary to support the mission of the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music.
