Registration process for new students

Once the study program corresponding to the student's age and the selected instrument(s) has been defined, the interested party or his/her representative must fill out an Admission Application within the dates established for such purposes. This application is available in the High School Office and on the following pages:

When the personal information has been completed with the description of the program to be enrolled, the student (or his/her representative) will file the physical application or send the virtual application, so that he/she will receive his/her class program and invoice in return. The time assigned for the courses is the closest to that requested. With these two documents, the student (or his/her representative) will be able to go through the Collections window and make the payment of his/her registration within the established dates. (Payment plans are available; certain conditions apply).

If any of the courses have an audition requirement, you will be summoned to present it. The cost of the audition is $25, non-refundable.

If payment is not made on the corresponding date, it will be understood that the student is not interested in the study program and their courses will be canceled and the individual class space will be granted to another student.

Pre-registration process for active students

The active student will receive by postal mail, in the middle of each semester, the class program corresponding to the following semester. To enroll in the class program, the student must pay the entire cost within the announced period, and thus secure their space. If you need a deferred payment plan, you can request it on or before the date established for such purpose (certain conditions apply).

If payment is not made on the corresponding date, it will be understood that the student will not continue with the study program and their courses will be canceled and the individual class space will be granted to another student.

Payment of tuition and fees

Enrollment in the High School is semester-long. Once you receive the invoice, you must make the payment in full on the indicated date. You can make your payment in cash, money order, credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) or ATH. In addition, we have a deferred payment plan (certain conditions apply). The payment plan service has a cost of $25.00 per student.
