Alexander Technique

A psychophysical method that teaches how to improve posture, distributes body tensions to achieve greater ease and flexibility, improve breathing and integrate the mind with the body. The course includes general anatomy (particularly bone), observation of the movement patterns of each student and the application of the Technique to create new psychophysical possibilities in relation to the musical instrument used by each student, including singing.

Academic degree requirement:
Have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Music, Music Education, equivalent university degree in music or those comparable offered by universities.
