

Ketsia J. Cardona Pellot (Ketsyha) is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter and producer who graduated from the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music. Since she was little she has been involved in the arts from dancing, singing, playing instruments to sound editing and music production.

She is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter and producer who graduated from the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music. Since she was little she has been involved in the arts from dancing, singing, playing instruments to sound editing and music production. She is releasing music as an independent artist with the stage name "Ketsyha" in R&B/Soul/Pop styles, managing to be chosen among the "Hot 100 Unsigned Artists and Bands of 2020" and the "Top 20 Prospects of 2021" by Music Connection Magazine . In 2022 he won first place at the Beyond The Curve International Film Festival in Paris, France, and was a finalist at festivals in London, Italy, Prague, among others with the music video for his song "Move On."
He completed a bachelor's degree in Musical Composition at the PR Conservatory of Music, where he was a singer and arranger of the Jazz Big Band and a member and soloist of the Concert Choir. Previously, he completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a second concentration in music at the UPR of Río Piedras where he was a vocal technique student of José Ramón Torres for four years. He was part of the Lyric Theater Workshop, the Jazz Workshop, the Criollo Ensemble, among other groups as a singer. In 2017 she earned a certification in Vocal Pedagogy in contemporary and commercial music from the CCM Institute at Shenandoah University. Later, he completed an Independent Artist certification at MI College of Contemporary Music in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, and took courses at The Songwriting School of Los Angeles.
He has composed music for award-winning short films and his music has been reviewed in Puerto Rican newspapers, magazines, and blogs in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and France. He won second place in the Conservatory of Music Composition Competition in 2016. Additionally, he won the composition medal at his graduation from the Conservatory of Music. He recently visited the Conservatory to share with composition students about challenges and opportunities in the music industry. Currently, he is teaching singing classes and pursuing a master's degree at Berklee College of Music Online in Interdisciplinary Studies combining Music Business, Songwriting and Music Production.
The Conservatory has a first-class faculty, with whom I developed many skills in music both in the classroom and on stage, which have helped me perform with excellence in the professional field.
