Facilities schedule during Thanksgiving Academic Break

FACILITIES SCHEDULE DURING ACADEMIC BREAK THANKSGIVING

The hours of the facilities during the days from November 25 to November 28, 2021 will be as follows:

• On November 25th and 26th the facilities will remain closed.
• On Saturday, November 27, 2021 the schedule will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for practice. Parking will be available.
• On Sunday, November 28, 2021 the schedule will be 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM for practice. Parking will be available.
• On Monday, November 29, 2021 we return to regular hours.

For practice: Floor G (Historical Building) – Floor 1 and 3 (Academic Building)

Rehearsals or any use of the facilities by people outside the Conservatory will not be permitted, unless they have written authorization from the Activities Office. The Activities Office will be in charge of issuing authorizations or permits for the use of the rooms. It must be presented to the security guard.

The security guard has instructions to request a Vaccination Card, the Vacu-ID, or a negative test issued within a period of no more than 72 hours in advance and identification to any person who enters the Conservatory facilities.
