TO THE ENTIRE INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNITY

GUIDELINES REGARDING COVID-19 IN THE CMPR (OE-2022-019 and OA2022-533)

In accordance with OA2022-533 issued by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico, in accordance with OE2022-019 of the Governor of Puerto Rico, we inform you of the following:

  • The use of a mask will be mandatory in classrooms, offices and closed places within the Institution (it will be optional in outdoor areas).
  • The use of a mask will be mandatory in any institutional activity that takes place in closed places within our facilities.
  • Students over 16 years of age and under 21 years of age (inclusive) will be subject to mandatory vaccination, so they must still present evidence of the three doses against COVID or a medical or religious exception before March 25, 2022 to the offices of Registration of the program to which you belong.
  • Every CMPR employee must have completed the vaccination and booster dose by January 15, 2022. If you have not presented the evidence, you must deliver it to the Human Resources Office or send it to vaccinesemployees@cmpr.pr.gov.
  • All employees who are already suitable for inoculation must comply with the booster dose.
  • Every employee covered by a medical or religious exception must submit a negative COVID-19 test result weekly at the beginning of each work week.

We urge you to continue with the following health measures:
Vaccination and booster dose
Physical distancing 6 feet
Washing hands or using disinfectant or alcohol
Use of a mask in closed places

*These measures are subject to change in accordance with the executive and administrative orders of the Governor of PR and the Department of Health.
